Jacob Moreno is a Partner for Altura Engineering and Design he has 13 years in design and construction. Before assuming his current position in January 2013, Jacob has worked for The City of Amarillo as an Engineering Technician doing street and drainage design. He then worked for Phillip 66/ConocoPhillips doing piping, civil, structural design. From there he worked for Mason Dairy LLC designing dairy farms and managing construction of these facilities in Texas, New Mexico and Arizona. While here, he also managed the commercial concrete division. His current position is with Taylor Technical out of Houston TX. He has been working at Valero Mckee in Sunray TX as a contractor for the last six years. Here he manages the design group consisting of eight designers.
Jacob currently resides in Amarillo TX and is married with two daughters. His hobbies include working out, coaching soccer, and restoring classic cars.
