Zaida is responsible for managing The Incubator program, facility rentals, along with coordinating and implementing community events for clients. Her talent for organizing and planning allows her to be efficient. Zaida’s most notable WTEC event was the Global Entrepreneurship Week celebration in Nov. 2023. “The Harvesting Success event was my favorite,” said Zaida. “It was open to the general public rather than entrepreneurs specifically, which allowed us to build our brand within the community.”
