Miranda Perez is an Amarillo native and a 2017 West Texas A&M University graduate, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in mass communication. After graduation, she relocated to Los Angeles, California and spent seven years working in sales. She returned to Texas in August 2024 and began her job search, which led her to the WT Enterprise Center. She immediately felt it was a perfect fit as she has always enjoyed organizing, managing schedules, and overseeing operations, so the role immediately resonated. The connection to WT excites her as the opportunity to return to the community she holds so dear. When she first joined the WTEC, she didn’t fully realize the extent of its impact on the community. She has quickly discovered how deeply involved it is and is thrilled to be a part of an organization that actively contributes to the local area.
