Kaitlyn Charley

Program & Facilities Assistant

Kaitlyn moved to the Amarillo area seven years ago from Farmington, NM. She is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Biology/Pre-veterinary medicine, building on the associate degrees in biology and general science she earned at San Juan College. Moving off the reservation motivated her to make a significant impact in her hometown; she is passionate about helping others and leaving things better than she found them.

Kaitlyn owns horses and cattle and is a devoted owner of a Dachshund. She remains active in her family’s cow/calf operation in New Mexico, frequently returning home on weekends to help out.

Applying to WTEC was a significant step for Kaitlyn as she transitioned back into an office setting. She provides critical support behind the scenes for most of our events, assisting with setup and daily administrative tasks. Kaitlyn describes the environment at WTEC as family-oriented and felt immediately welcomed. She notes that the team’s positive energy helps everyone reach their goals and is proud to be part of a team that supports local entrepreneurs.
