In 2004, Coco founded Encourage Consulting, an executive coaching and training firm based in Amarillo. She was educated at Texas Tech in mass communications, founded an advertising agency, and enjoyed a 25-year career in advertising, public relations, sales, and marketing. A passion for business and a gift for listening fueled and sharpened her passion for coaching. She specializes in helping business leaders and entrepreneurs go further and faster in their careers, with an emphasis on retaining a harmonious home and work life. Coco is a member of the International Coach Federation. She serves on the board of directors for the 100 Club of Amarillo and attends Trinity Fellowship Church.
