Adam Jiwa is an experienced marketing professional with a background spanning over 25 years in marketing, advertising, public relations, journalism and restaurant management. As the Marketing Manager and Coach at the WT Enterprise Center, Adam specializes in developing strategic marketing initiatives, brand storytelling, and connecting entrepreneurs to resources as they scale their businesses.

With a deep understanding of communication dynamics, Adam is passionate about crafting compelling narratives that connect businesses with their audiences. His role at WTEC extends beyond marketing—he plays a vital part in coaching entrepreneurs, AmTech PRO Interns and student workers, ensuring they have the tools and resources needed to navigate business growth successfully. His approach is rooted in research, active listening and creating strategic partnerships that drive long-term success.

This summer, he will begin pursuing a doctorate in education (Ed.D) with aspirations of becoming a superintendent or college dean, Adam’s research focuses on communication barriers among Hispanic business owners seeking government assistance, highlighting his dedication to fostering economic growth. Additionally, his work extends into rhetorical analysis of music by the band Nirvana and other 90’s bands, examining the cultural and societal impact of their lyrics and sound. His dedication to understanding communication in diverse contexts showcases his commitment to both academic and professional excellence.
