Adam Jiwa

Marketing Manager/Coach

Adam’s role allows him to use his creativity to promote the programs, facilities, professionals, and community that the WTEC represents in the Texas Panhandle. Ultimately, he enjoys being able to keep entrepreneurs connected to different resources so that they can accomplish their own goals. Adam’s insight on entrepreneurship is that everyone is a leader. The quote he grew up hearing was, “A leader is best when people barely know he exists. Not so good when people obey and acclaim him, and worst when they despise. But of a good leader, who talks little, when the work is done, his aim fulfilled, the people will say, ‘We did it ourselves.’” -Lao Tzu

Favorite Aspect of working at the WTEC

“I’ve always been in place to use my communication abilities to help others in finding a solution that works best for them,” said Adam. “From advertising to logistics and even waiting tables and managing a restaurant, all those paths were more about listening to what the goal is and helping someone find the path to make a decision that brings them joy.”
