The WTAMU Enterprise Center Culinary Coop features client, Fanelli’s Finest through placement in the Dallas Gourmet Food Market. Through this opportunity Fanelli’s Finest gourmet, all-natural lasagna sauce will be marketed to buyers including Costco, H-E-B, Jumbo Foods, Whole Foods and thousands more.  Thousands of buyers attend the Dallas Gourmet Food Market January 16-23rd in pursuit of new product offerings for 2013 product placement in national and international retail venues.

The WTAMU Enterprise Center is the region’s only business incubator that also boasts the region’s only shared-use commercial kitchen, The Culinary Coop. The Culinary Coop is designed to provide culinary entrepreneurs with kitchen space and the necessary tools to develop and successfully commercialize food products. In addition, as a hub for resources, the Enterprise Center connects clients to programs, funding opportunities and entrepreneurial resources.
